How much does shipping cost me?

That’s a very good question. Let me explain it to you below….

Our shipping costs are based on the total value of your order. It’s as easy as pie to understand. The reason? Larger orders require bigger packages and more packaging materials. Even so, we end up covering most of the cost ourselves. We figured, shared grief is half grief.

Here is our fabulous cost table:

- For orders up to €6.00, shipping costs only €1.49
- For orders between €6.01 and €10.00, shipping costs €3.90
- For orders between €10.01 and €59.99, shipping costs €4.90
- For orders of €60.00 and above, shipping is free

These prices apply within Germany. Deliveries to other countries will cost a bit more. You’ll get the detailed information when you fill your cart, proceed to checkout, and enter your desired delivery address. Your calculated shipping costs will be transparently displayed before you complete your order.

How will your order be shipped?

After your order is placed, we dispatch it within 24-48 hours. Our dedicated pandas use this time to lovingly craft and pack your order. Did you know we don’t keep products in stock? Each item is custom made for you in Northern Germany.

When it comes to packing, we make an effort to save on plastic. The motto is: as much as necessary, as little as possible. Of course, our top priority is ensuring your order arrives safely and intact, but we also believe in not overdoing the packaging waste…

How long does shipping take?

It really depends on what you order. For small items like postcards or keychains, we ship via the German Postal Service, which takes about 1-2 days until your order is waiting in your mailbox. For parcels and packages, we use DHL, which typically takes 2-3 days to deliver your package.
